Help!! - 404 page not found

I have spend hours looking for the resolution to this problem to no avail. (I am new to using Zen-Cart...

I have added new categories to my page (https://www.ieguana.com)

When I try to add product (using the button that links to admin/categories.php) I am receiving a error 404 page not found. I have looked all over and tried to find out what is causing this with no luck. The page is there and I am able to add categories not products, the file is there. I have checked permissions and they are fine. I have replaced the file, no luck, I have even wiped out the admin directory and uploaded from a new download in case of file corruption, no luck. Any suggestions, maybe it is somethign simple I am doing wrong? I appreciate your time and response. Thank you

Re: Help!! - 404 page not found

Try checking the paths in your admin/includes/configure.php file ...

(not sure if this is relevant, but give it a go...)

Re: Help!! - 404 page not found

I checked that, I didn't see anything wrong (although I am a beginner and probably wouldn't recognize my @$$ from my elbow when it comes to alot of code. However, It is a problem somewhere in the admin directory, I have tracked it down there. :lamo: I took the night (since this is a new site it wasnt a problem and not alot to restore) and reinstalled everything. I backed up the includes directory since most of the modifications to my site were there (yeah alot of hacking) and reinstalled the zen-cart on the site. I then restored everything except the admin directory and amazingly enough it fixed the problem. I was only left with reconfiguring the banners for the site which wasn't a big deal. That took less time to do than all the searching I did for the resolution to the problem in the forums. And I found a couple new things I could do with the cart that I was hacking before. :flex: It's all a learning curve for me. I've been a tech for 12 years and have taken to learning web development. Fun.... Fun.... :smartalec:

Thanks for the advise. I hope this little bit of information helps someone in the future.
