Nochex APC - Worth having or not ?

Nochex is my payment processor and i have customised the page and it looks more like my site now but i am wondering if it's worth enabling APC or not ?

Anyone who has a Nochex account who can answer this please.

I sent a support ticket in to them 2 weeks ago regarding the cancellation url not working correctly ( still waiting on a reply ) seems they are happy to take 2.9% of each sale and 20p but slow to respond to problems. ( not much i can do now as i'm in a twelve month contract with them but it's a concern for sure )

Anyways they did enable APC on my account but it didn't work correctly and kept sending me back to page 2 of the payment process after checkout....same thing is happening with cancellation url too so perhaps it's connected. Anyways i got in touch and told them to cancel the APC but i am having second thoughts.

Despite reading up on APC i'm still not entirely convinced i need it. In fact i'm not even sure what gets shown on the checkout page when APC is enabled. I mean i can currently set the checkout success page to show anything i want so what would APC add to it ?

I just wish Nochex would answer their tickets quicker as thats a concern for me when the store goes live.
