No order email - please help

No order email - please help

Orders are placed, i get the email from paypal saying that I have received a payment, but the order doesn't show up in the new order list on the admin home. I can't tell what they ordered either.:dontgetit

Hi there
Most likely this is a PayPal config problem eg wrong email or similar. There are several tutorials available to help you trouble shoot the problem. Do a search and you should find them.

There is also a PayPal session viewer available in the download section that allows you to figure out (not striaght forward) what was ordered.
