New Zenner

I am a newbie and desperately in need of help.

I would like to set up insurance and dry cleaning option for all products (dresses) in the store

Insurance: $2.00
Dry Cleaning $3.00

With every purchase customer will have the option of choosing none, one or both.

Price will increase when options are selected.

Please help. How do i go about doing this
