Questions about emailing multiple customers at one time

Hi,

I'm running ZC 1.3.7 and have a question or two about sending emails from the admin panel, Tools/Send Email option.

I'd like to be able to send emails to some, but not all of the listed emails on the drop-down. Can this be done or is there another facility or contribution that accomplishes this?

The issue is we have some new products and I'd like to email the bunch of nice customers who've previously purchased similar or complimentary products from us.
