Help! Settings up Authorize.net ARB Module

I just installed the Authorize.net ARB Module and need to setup a simple 3-payment subscription:

First payment (upon purchase) - $395
Second Payment (30 days) - $300
Third payment (60 days) - $300

Is this possible? And how do I set it up?
