Strange layout in IE and trouble in Firefox

Can someone please check out my page in both firefox (where it shows this string in the upper left "") and in IE where it shifts the whole page to justify left and two of the upper tabs are messed up looking? Any thoughts on where I would go to fix this? It also displays those strange characters on the admin login screen. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Lastly, can anyone tell me where to paste the script for google analytics so that I can monitor site traffic?

Not sure but try looking at the header.php file which you will find in /public_html/yourzenfolder/includes/languages/english.

Those characters mean that one of the many files used to build Zen Cart pages is corrupt. Since the extent of it seems to vary from page to page, you may well have more than one corruption. Unfortunately it's not possible to say where they might be just by looking at your site through a web browser. To track this down, try switching to the default template and see if the problem goes away. that will tell you whether or not it's in one of your template files (if it is it will be easier to find).

There are instructions for installing Google Analytics bundled with the Simple Google Analytics mod.

Yes, when I change the template to the standard and it stays the same. Any ideas for how to go about finding the problem?
