Importing left hand nav column from SBI! site

Hi Guys.

I want to use my LH navbar from my SBI! site on my Zencart shop.
I have the code to create the live links, and I have worked out which .php file to bung them into (tpl_box_default_left.php), but I know next to nothing about CSS coding.
I have put in in the .php file with less than satisfactory results. You can see it here: http://grubbyfingersshop.com/

Can someone please help me to put it in the right place, with the right code, and stop it from repeating?
