Website loads choppy on few computers?!?

Is there a reason behind why my website loads perfectly on almost all the computers that I have tried (my laptop, my desktop, at work, etc) however, I have two friends where some of the images load choppy, one picture in front of another, text is covered by images and it doesn't look like it should. Is there anything I can change to have the website more user friendly so I don't run into this problem??

what browsers are they using?

the url is https://www.bendisskin.com and I think that the browser is just windows explorer, not sure what version though

You need to find out exactly what browser they are using, more than likely they are using outdated IE5.

The problem shows in IE7 under XP here. It has to do with the size of the header wrapper specified in the CSS file, but I can't remember the exact fix. Someone will know, or you can search the forum for header problem, etc.

Try changing the 'height' portion of:

#logoWrapper{
background-image: url(../images/header_bg.jpg);
background-repeat: repeat-x;
background-color: #ffffff;
height:75px;
}

in stylesheet.css
