Formatting in [EXTRA CC ORDER info] Order Email

Hi,

For some reason, the formatting of the [EXTRA CC ORDER info] Order Email (generated when someone pays using credit card) has disappeared. Does anyone know how this happened and what I should check? Thanks in advance.

are you saying that the options in Admin >> Modules >> Payment Modules >> Credit Card are not showing up?

You may need to remove and reinstall.

And... You may want to upgrade to 1.3.8a as it's now called Split Credit Card E-Mail Address.

No, I don't mean that. I am talking about the emails generated when someone choose to pay using credit card. One being the order confirmation email while the other is the email containing the middle digits of customer's credit card. This email usually has formatting rather than just plain text. For some reason, it has disappeared.
