Installation problem: "page cannot be displayed"

Hello,

I've problems installing zen cart:no:
The Welcome page is ok and the next page 'License confirmation' is also ok, but than, it goes wrong.

I choose: "I have read and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions as stated above." and press Continue
What happens is ==> "page cannot be displayed."

I did exactly what's on page https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=107
I also created the 'catalog' folder as in the example.

zen-cart-v1.3.8a-full-fileset-12112007
I've used FileZilla as ftp program
mysql: 4.1.20
PHP: 4.4.2
Apache: 2.0.54 (Fedora)

What's going wrong???

Do I need to setup these configure.php files first before starting the installer? How do I do this?
