Doing a little Re-Design - Getting Insert Web Link To Work ?

Hi Everyone

I have done this in the past but its slipped my memory....The insert web link in product category description isn't working and i wish to add links to my size chart guide for every product.

Do i need to enable a file to CH Mod 777 ? If so which file.

Screen should be viewed at either 1280x1024 or 1024x768.
