This is one of those cases where the Developer's Tool Kit in Admin - Tools is your pal. I searched for 'following are the details' and discovered that that text is defined in includes/languages/english/checkout_process.php

Not completely sure of what you are looking for but what you are looking for might be accessible from your admin panel.

Try Tools ----> Define Page Editor -----> define_checkout_success
