Where is this?

I upgraded from 1.3.7 to 1.3.8 and am having a few language problems. I used the Developers Tool Kit and couldn't find this. Could someone please tell me where it is?

ETA: As usual, about 2 minutes after I posted, I found it. The includes/languages/english/modules/order_total/ot_coupon.php file just didn't upload for some weird reason.
