How to different prices for single purchase or case

I have one product that is available in 2 different colors. You can purchase it individually or by the case (12 items in a case). Individual cans are $6.75, a case is $78.95. Here's what I want it to look like:

Select Quantity and Color (radio):
CAN of Clear
CAN of Black
CASE of Clear - $78.95
CASE of Black - $78.95

I have been searching, reading, trying for WEEKS now and I just can't get this to work. ANY help is greatly appreciated!

Re: How to different prices for single purchase or case

I don't think you can do it that way - seems like conditional attributes, which Zencart doesn't support (yet).

In other words, you want to choose a color (one attribute) then choose a pack (second attribute) based on the previous attribute. Can't do it.

You'll have to do two products.

Having said that, I see a mod here:
**
http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?main_page=product_contrib_info&products_id=876**

which might help, but I haven't looked at it.

Re: How to different prices for single purchase or case

Hi, I think im asking a similar question here.

any help on this would be very much appreciated!

re multiple attribute prices.

http://peterreed.dev.whitehatmedia.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_136&products_id=28&number_of_uploads=0

I have a product called pillowcases.

Within pillowcases there are 5 different sizes of pillowcase. which i have defined as attributes:

Standard
King
Square
Housewife
Boudoir

now each of these different types of pillowcases have a different thickness (more attributes):

180 thickness
220 thickness
400 thickness
540 thickness

say the Standard costs £20 for 180 thickness
then the Standard costs £30 for 220 thickness

but the king costs £60 for 180 thickness
and the king costs £70 for 220 thickness

i cant seem to find whether it is possible to have:
prices of attributes contignent upon the other attributes which have been chosen.

is this possible?

thanks:smile:

#mistake - meant to write:

but the king costs £60 for 180 thickness
and the king costs £86 for 220 thickness

:-)

so it looks like im asking for conditional attributes here - is this correct? i have been looking this up and they seem to have this as a mod on tshirt hell....
