trouble adding products in 1.38a/1.37x works fine

I am having the same problem that kinaton had. I just did my second clean install of 1.38a and still get the same results. My page works fine until I add products. I can add a million subcategories and the page loads fine. The minute I add a product you just end up with a white page. I have added a test product for the categories I am testing with.

One is a Category-SubCategory-Product=

The second is Category - Product = Blank page

Third is just Category - This one opens as long as no products are added

I get the same result with each except for the category with no product. Here is the page I am having the trouble with. Of note my Zens that still have 1.37x work fine and I can add products with no problem. I was in the process of adding the new Zen listed below and I was going to upgrade my other three pages but I am leary now.
