Declined: 15005-This transaction cannot be processed.

Has anybody come across this error before?

PayPal Direct Payment Error (12 <!-- Declined: 15005-This transaction cannot be processed. -->)

We are taking orders by visa and mastercard so the credit cards seem to process alright through PPPP, but we have had four orders not completed in the last couple of days and we have been getting these error messages from Paypal, so I guess this is the reason. The problem is I don't know what it means, I would be grateful for any help. It smells like a PPEC problem, but I am a bit stumped.

The meaning is:> **15005 Processor Decline **

This transaction cannot be processed.

The transaction was declined by the issuing bank, not PayPal.
The merchant or customer should attempt another card.

I'm getting this exact same error but I haven't had any payments not go through. Any ideas??

Sorry to bring up an old post but I got this today and know why I got it. I was trying to test a transaction with the card associated to my paypal account. It worked OK with another card.
