checkout & admin - postage & packaging line no longer showing

if you go through the checkout you get to the page where you can choose postage method and payment method.

the subtotal and total are different and correct. but there use to be the shipping method showup when you choose a shipping method. this no longer does.

also in admin the orders only show subtotal and total with nothing in between.

i've probably removed a few line i shouldn't have? anyone know where the code is for this and what it should look like?

i have a few modules installed, bigroyalmail, fast and easy checkout are the main ones

What other mods (than the ones listed do you have installed?) What is controlling the sidebox where it says postage and packaging?

Also I did not create an account, but I did start a cart and tried to change my shipping options on the shopping cart contents page and it would not properly update. What shipping modules (built-in or otherwise) do you have loaded and enabled?

ok trying to remember all the mods i've installed.

fast and easy checkout, big royal mail, google base feeder, google xml sitemap, eBid exporter, Restock requests and google analytics.

i'm on a custom template.

also i've added the checkout button to the shopping cart sidebox. i download this mod from the download section as well.

it use to work so not sure what i've done.

if you can tell me where this code is? i'll copy and paste mine and compare to the origional.

the sidebox showing the postage prices was jsut done with the banner manager under tools.

for shipping modules i'm using the big royal mail module (newest) and have them setup. this comes with a new shipping estimator(optional) and i am using that as well

ok solved

in admin go to admin - modules - order total - and make sure delivery charge is on. this will fix checkout straight away and any new orders that come in will be fixed :smile:

GREAT JOB!!! How did you figure that one out? I see that you PM'd me and I am sorry that I have not gotten back to you. I have been swamped at work and now started back to school as well.

i just kept reading through the forum looking at similar problems other people we're having. i don't remember turning this off but everything works as expected now.
