Email Error in Free Web Hosting? using ZC v1.3.6

I use free hosting (http://www.myhosting247.com/) by specification like this:
PHP Version: 5.1.6 (Zend: 2.1.0)
Database: MySQL 5.0.27-Debian_0.dotdeb.1

My Zen Cart version: 1.3.6

When I try checkout, contact us or tell a friend, the email not function.
I use free emai from gmail.com

Email error: blank, nothing information. Please try at this.

What is the right setting at E-mail Options in Admin-Configuration?

Zen Cart v1.3.6 is not designed to send email via gmail.
Use a regular email address on a regular hosting account instead.
