Paypal Shipping Address is blank/empty in Admin and My Account view

Whenever a customer checks out using Paypal Express the Shipping Address at the top right in Admin is blank. It is showing in the Greyed area of the information that is passed back through Paypal using the IPN. The customer cannot see the shipping address either in their MY Account > Order Information area. The e-mails show the address fine. Any ideas?
