Stop displaying ISO code 2 in Zone Rate

Is it possible to stop displaying the ISO code 2 and the parantheses from the shipping line right after the Sub Total?

When Zone shipping method is used the shipping line reads;
Zone Rate (Shipping to US). I just want this appear simply as Shipping.

Although it is possible to rename 'Zone Rate' as 'Shipping' and remove 'Shipping to' in file includes/language/english/modules/shipping/zones.php I could not find a way to stop displaying the ISO code and the paranthesis.

Any ideas?
