Admin error message MISSING LANGUAGE FILES OR DIRECTORIES ... Spanish Spanish

I installed the spanish language pack and it seems to work on my website but in my admin I get the error message in the subject line.
Anyone know why this is happening?

I just now noticed that I lose my company logo when switching languages. What file do I need to change to get my company logo to stay when switching languages?

I remembered how to fix the logo part but I still get the error message in the admin even though the spanish language pack works on the website.

I found that there are two spanish language packs in the downloads section. One is a website only translation and the other does both website and admin. I downloaded the one that does the admin too and my error message disappeared.
