Removing Link from Header?

Is it Possible to remove the link from the header? As you can see here: http://www.bobalania.com/onlineshop i would like the header to have different links on it, i have hotspot each bit of text and linked them to the correct page, what i think i need now is to remove the link from the header image that always goes back to the shop home page.

Can anyone help?

I followed this and edited the tpl_header.php and just left the href blank (as i wont too disable the hyperlink). Then uploaded it, but nothing has changed, it still links back to the shop. Is this because i am using itschristmas template or something else?

If you want to remove the link, you need to remove the link.

Get rid of the <a href=...> and </a>, as it is still looking for a place to link to.

EDIT: I removed <a href=""</a> as i think this is the write bit, but when i go to the shop the head image is still linking back to the homepage.

The logo is the image in the header that links to the homepage, so this is where you need to remove the link:```php

'<a href="' . HTTP_SERVER . DIR_WS_CATALOG . '">' .

and

. '</a>'

to get

Obviously you made some mistake in editing, as the output now cuts off right after the mainWrapper tag. We can't see your php files, only the HTML output from them.

You missed removing a "." after echo:```php

Odd... even if there were a problem in the logo code, #logoWrapper comes after #navMainWrapper in the file, so it shouldn't affect the nav links.
I don't see anything wrong with the nav code, except an empty <li></li> where you removed the Home link. If you remove the contents of a list item, you should also remove the li tags.

Did the nav links work before your latest edit?

On looking at your shop site, are you referring to the link text images in the logo graphic? There is no link code there, so no possibility of them working.

Yes I was, i'll have to have a look again and see if i can get the links back.....
