Sub-Categories with the same name?

Hi all!

I'll keep the question breif: Is it possible for two sub-categories, that are NOT inside the same top-level category, to share a name?

For example, I have a top level cat called 'acyrlic' and another top level called 'oils'. However, both acrylic and oils have a sub-cat named 'Blue'.

a) Will this cause any issues?
b) What would you suggest as a work around.

No, it wont cause any (technical) issue

It can cause difficulties in admin, say when using the multiple categories link manager. The available categories are all shown in a list, with no distinction other than their ids, making it hard to tell which parent they belong to.
A list written out with parents noted would be a help.

I have subcategories for rings in several different top cats, and it can be very frustrating when I have not noted beforehand which subcat I want to deal with.
