Featured product columns and rows

On my home page. the featured products are not displaying the way they should. It displays as one column off center to the left. In Admin, I have configuration>Index Listing>Featured Products Columns per Row>3 If I change it to 1, it's one column centered, but I can't get more than one item per row. What am I missing here?

Thanks

Re: Featured product columns and rows

A link to your site??

Or switch to the classic template and see if the issue persists and if not look to your template/files

Oops, forgot the link. https://www.customcreationsunlimited.com/
A quick switch to classic and they do appear correctly. What file(s) should I be checking?

Assuming that you are using the overrides as designed - only files that required changing should be in your template folders and there should not be that many

These are the ones you need to check and compare the core/default files/dates against the ones that you are using

If file dates inside the files do not match insure to update the file/merge it with your alterations

I am using the overrides as designed. Learned the hard way some time ago.

So any of the files could affect the way the Featured Products are displayed? Is that what you're saying?

When I look at the source code from the index page when using my custom template and from the default template, the code is identical. Wouldn't that mean it's a CSS difference causing the display difference?

Re: Featured product columns and rows

Assuming you have local copies or can use FTP to rename I would start by loading the site in a browser

Using FTP rename the extention of one file to .old or something and refresh the page. Methodically, you will find the offending file...

I would start with the stylesheet as it appears to be old

That's a good idea. Just so I'm clear, you're talking about renaming the files in public_html/includes/template/MY-TEMPLATE-NAME/templates/

or the entire
public_html/includes/template/MY-TEMPLATE-NAME/

Re: Featured product columns and rows

just individual files in your custom folders where ever they exist

Oh, and one at a time - check page - rename back and move to next file

Oh, that's a lot of files. I understand the idea though, I'll see what I can figure out. Thank you for the help.
