Google Checkout - International Shipping

Has anyone been able to get international shipping cost to work for Google Checkout? I have Google Checkout setup for domestic shipping using Google Carrier Calculated Shipping and UPS. I've read that USPS is the only shipping method that is supported for international shipping, but setting that up in test mode did nothing different - when I change the shipping address during the Google Checkout checkout page to an international address the only shipping method is the International Free Shipping method. I've applied and am waiting for my production USPS ID so I can try again.

But if anyone has pointers on how to get international shipping cost to work for Google Checkout, please help.

I just got an international order through GCO last week, so it must be working. This was from a customer in Canada.

My options for international are USPS international priority flat rate and international priority flat rate. You must have your options enabled in both your shipping module and your GCO shipping options.

Did you disable Google Checkout Carrier Calculation? I cannot use flat rate, but I think I should be able to follow your lead.

If possible, would you mind sending me text files (copy and paste) of your GCO and USPS configurations? Please make sure to block out any sensitive data.

I have **GoogleCheckout Carrier Calculated Shipping **set to false, and when I first sign out of my Google account, then click Checkout, I get the following Google Checkout page:

Setting Google Checkout Carrier Calculation Shipping to false is the only way I can get international shipping to work.

I haven't checked - but I haven't heard otherwise from my customers.

Strange... Returned to my home office and it works. I'm guessing I had Internet Explorer and Fire Fox both opened and each logged into Google with a different Gmail account, and that may have messed things up.
