UPS Shipping Rates Not Displaying in Cart and Google Checkout

I have a 1.3.8a Zen Cart installation with the Google Checkout Module. When I configure United Parcel Service the shipping rates do not show on the cart.

Any ideas of why it is not displaying shipping prices?

My setup is just like yours, and I also cannot see any price quotes. Any ideas yet on what the problem might be?

If you were to enable Check/Money Order ... do the shipping costs work correctly for UPS?

Thank you Linda for the suggestion. I tested the live UPS shipping calculator by uninstalling all payment options except check/money order and all shipping options except UPS live and the calculator still does not work.

Any thoughts?

Anyone have ideas on this? I've looked at length in the forums and within the cart config (admin and module>shipping) and can't seem to find a reason for shipping options not displaying.

Ditto TrinitySEO! Same thing with me...and I have spent hours searching this forum for an answer that works. I am using the CherryZen template also if that matters.

Everything else is the same and I tried what Ajeh suggeste and it did nothing for me either.

I figured out what the problem is... If you have too many serice options selected it doesn't work. I have 6 selected and it works now.

It appears to be a template problem on my end. I haven't isolated the source yet but hope to soon. Glad yours is now working.

TrinitySEO if you come up with anything, please post it as will I. I wonder if you are using the CherryZen template? My issues are still there also.

I can not get UPS to work either.... been messing with it for days and days.

I've contacted UPS as they are having problems with the country id CA. They have escalated it to their programmers. Will let everyone know when I find something out.

Have you tried temporarily switching to the default template and testing the shipping calculator? If the default works then you know that the template you're using is the culprit. I think, in my case, that the template I'm using is not compatible with the 1.38a loops. I need to compare the code between the default and my version and see where the error is.

I had to hire someone to fix this for me and the answer was simply this:

"In the future, do not delete the zone called INTERNATIONAL. It is used by the optional insurance module."

Now it's working just fine. This is for anyone trying to get answers for this issue..

I'm having the same problem - my UPS shipping rates to not display. What do you mean "don't delete the zone INTERNATIONAL"? I don't think I deleted any ZONES but will check. If tat's the case, how do I recover?

It's in Admin under "Zone Definitions". Mine shows All Countries/Zones and Michigan Sales Tax. I kept deleting the Countries and the guy I hired (twice) had to add that back in twice to make it work. So just leave it there. You don't have to do anything with it.

I also am not able to get UPS shipping to show, same error message

in "Zone Definitions", I only show the zone I set for our store, Arizona. We only charge sales tax to zip codes inside Arizona.

Is it enough to just add another zone definition called, "International"??? Doesn't seem to be enough here...
