Deleting all customers/orders

thanks to Kobra , my retail database has been copied to my new wholesale zencart. Now, i would like to remove all customers and orders from the new zencart so I can start from scratch. Is there a way that can be done in one fell swoop? or will I have to manually delete each order and each customer?

Using phpmyadmin select the tables(click the check box by each) and at the bottom in the drop down select empty(Ithink the is what they call it) and go

This will be address_book, all customers tables, all orders tables, all paypal tables.

ok, now I want to do the same thing with all coupons......I found a coupon.php but know that is not the right file.....which file would i empty to get rid of all coupons?

Same thing - in the database but just different tables or manually in the admin and delete each one
