How can I get rid of links in the footer

Hi there:

I have (by default) some links like "action DVDs" Privacy notice" that I do not want to keep in the footer. How can I remove them from the footer?.:huh:

Thanks,
Marlake

Re: How can I get rid of links in the footer

Hello.. I am in desperate need of help... I couldn't even figure out where I could just ask my question on here without jumping on someone else's postings.

I have been learning how to edit my zen cart to have the appearance that I want. Today, I tried to edit the bottom banner code/link in my includes/languages/english.php I don't want the banner I replaced to take my customers to zen's homepage.. in the process however.. I removed my entire shopping area!
This is the area that I started changing...

// FOLLOWING WERE moved to meta_tags.php
//define('TITLE', 'Everything Abigail');
//define('SITE_TAGLINE', 'The Art of Zen');
//define('CUSTOM_KEYWORDS', 'ecommerce, open source, shop, online shopping');
// END: moved to meta_tags.php
define('FOOTER_TEXT_BODY', 'Copyright © ' . date('Y') . ' <a href= '. zen_href_link ' (FILENAME_DEFAULT) " target="_blank">' . STORE_NAME . '</a>.

please please please... if you know how I can fix my horrible mistake.. please share how with me.. Thank you so much in advance..

Karen

Karen: just download a new version of Zen Cart onto your desktop. FTP the standard english.php file to where your edited version now resides.

You can edit the banners in Admin/Tools/Banner Manager. Click on delete for the banners that you don't want to show.
