Billing and Shipping does not match

I had my mom make an order at my site, and everything worked out fine - except for that little red dot..

My shop is all virtual so I don't have any "real" products.. You get what you need as atributes and that's it. I've made all payments go via paypal so that should be in place.. But how do I make the red dot turn green?

Is there no one who can help me out on this one? :cry:

Not sure what you mean by the 'red dot' (I don't use PayPal) but until someone else comes along - have you taken a look at your Create Account page? It's about 3 pages long and the alignment is all messed up (in IE7 and Firefox).

Your products? Are they something that folks download?

When you are adding attributes, that is the only place I know of that has the red and green dots.

If you put something in the filename field of the attribute, but don't have the file actually on the server, then you will always get the "red dot" there.

The red dot informing you that shipping and billing addresses don't match is informational for you to keep an eye out for CC fraud. There is no green dot for that, if they match then there will be no dot at all

The red dot shows up in my Admin/Customers/Orders menu..

Rasyr: Yes.. My "papers" are used for digital scrapbooking.. Downloaded and used in Photoshop or PSP or whatever..
I've added them as atributes and the download part works fine. The files are located in my downloads folder on the same server as my shop.

Barco57: Any advice on how to make them match?
