currency incorrectly converted at paypal via payflow pro

I have a similar problem. My Store is set to use MXN (Mexican Pesos) by default, but Paypal is receiving or interpreting the amount as USD. I went about setting up MXN as Default currency on my PayPal account as well.

MXN is a new currency for PayPal to support using normal PayPal processes.
And I'm pretty certain that the Payflow service (which this forum discussion is talking about) doesn't support it yet.
