Is there anyway possible to make a new shipment method?
Or is there a way to rename a previous one?
The only thing that's similar to what I like is "Free shipping" but that still throws my customers off topic.

Search for 'Best Way' and you'll see the file this is defined in.
Open that file and change Best Way to 1st Class Royal Mail.
