hy the logo and the hotlinks does not in one line

Why the logo and the hotlinks does not in one line as following pictures show?
the css as following:

#logoWrap{
margin: auto;
background-color: #ffffff;
width:800px;
border-bottom:solid #EEEEEE;
}
#topLinks{
float:right;
background:#900000;
margin: .9em auto;
width:75.5%;
}

how to revise it ?

This is because you have a vertical margin on the topLinks div pushing it down. Without that the top links div is centred next to the image, but this isn't obvious from your screenshot as the links are wrapping around and making the menu taller than it would normally be.

It's not called hotLinks. It's called topLinks and the margin is defined in the CSS that you posted when you started this thread.
