Quantity Discounts not showing in Sub Total

Hi All

I have this problem with one of my carts, any help would be appreciated, it's been bugging me for hours.

The Quantity Discounts are not showing in Sub Total, the total in the Shopping Cart Contents has correct amount, but Sub Total through to Check-Out displays original product price?
