Adding Content to Category Pages

I would like to embed some text and a short video in the pages of my categories.

For example this page: http://cupcakecuddles.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=1

Which file would I put this in for the category "Flipper"?

Edit your category in Admin > Catalog > Categories/Products, and put your html content and images in the description.
