mutliple store running off one zen cart installation?

Is it possible to have multiple store running off of one zen cart instalation? For instance, users would be able to create their own sub-stores and run these mini stores functionality.

You'd have a problem keeping separate admins. Plus, if there's only one database, all shops would have all products. It's a complex issue. I've barely scratched the surface.
