color of link

Hi guys

I am having an interesting situation here, I am trying to change the color of ezpages bar to white, as they are links by default when i do that all the links on my pages change to that default color of white and as the back ground is white in some areas they are not visible. Any suggestions?

for more clarity :
in css

right at the start e.g.

a:link {
color: #ffffff; /**** changing it to blue also will change for ezpages regardless
text-decoration: none;
}
#navEZPagesTOC ul li a {
color: #fffff;
text-decoration: none;
}
to make this white just for ezpages even if separate them out it will still be the same...... any nifty tricks?????

regards

Re: color of link

but if you look the style sheet (standard version) right under the body declaration you will see the

a: link, ezpagesToc {

}

and they both will have the same color, if you separate them out, even then at runtime the a: link properties will override the ezpages one as they are essentially links....

M,
includes/ templates/ your_template/ css/ stylesheet.css

The Ezpages bar is found here:

Look in the .css for this declaration:

  1. #navEZPagesTop
  1. look for background-color: #000000;
  1. here will be the answer
  1. change the red font above as needed.

Add this following declaration to the sheet

  1. #navEZPagesTop a {
    font-size:12px;
    color:#000000;
    }
  2. change the red font above as needed
