Coupon Admin Missing

Hi, I'm trying to make some coupons for my store and by default, under the Gift Certificate/Coupon header in the admin area - it said Not Installed. So I followed the FAQ as far as it would take me and that was as follows:

Go to: Admin->Modules->Order Total->Discount Coupons (ot_coupon).

I did that then the FAQ says to Click on the 'Coupon Admin option' etc.

I do not have a Coupon Admin option under my Gift Certificate/Coupon header. I have the following options:

Gift Certificates Queue
Mail Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates Sent

Am I missing a step? Any information you can give me would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Kyler, I am having the same issue sort of :) I created two zen carts, one for wholesale and one for retail. I then put my retail database (where the coupon works) into the wholesale one. Interestingly enough, on the wholesale admin, it says, NOT INSTALLED. I don't have a clue how to fix that either, so maybe with the two of us calling for help, someone will answer :)

Admin - Modules - Order Total

Click on "Discount Coupon" -- it's red if it's turned off and you'll need to click "install."

Same for Gift Certificates.......wheeeeee! found the answer in another thread :)
