Another IE vs. FF question..

Yup.. I have joined the wonderful world of IE strugglers.. Well I'm kinda struggling all over .. :frusty:

Could anyone pls help me out with my blue top and supp bar.. I want them to look like the bottom bar does in FF with the text positioning. The hight of the lines must also be like the bottom line in FF..
