Changing Style of Quantity/Add To Cart

I would like my Quantity and Add to Cart to be all on one line like it is here

http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10051&productId=100615145&langId=-1&catalogId=10053&cm_sp=creative-_-homepage-_-F1a-_-cub_cadet_zero_turn_tractor_041108-_-shop_now

I'd also like to style it like they did here, with a rounded gray background.

How is this done?

Thanks!

Dave
