CSS Flyout menu blocked by images

I posted this in the general section but was advised this may be a more helpful area.

My Flyout menu is "covered" by images in the Special, New Products and Features categories. If you go to my link below and then the New Products, you will see exactly what I am referring.

This problem does not happen with Firefox. Only IE 6 & 7 (which I have tested). Someone yesterday posted same problem happening with IE but with his logo image. He resolved by editting tpl_header.php. However, my problme is different in that it is specifically the Flyout menu or the image handler causing this issue. I am using IH2, are there issues with it?

I looked at your home page and do not see what your issue is?? I actually do not see any Special, New Products and Features categories on your site.

This looks to be a pre Zen Cart 1.3.x version and those here are getting far and few between that have any recollection of the table based layout

Look at the top you will see the New Products, etc categories. My cart is Zen 1.3.7.1. But, my hosting company that upgraded me to 1.3.7.1, used the older Stylesheet.css file because ( I assume) when they upgarded me, my template went askew.

In your menu css file find these and I would set both to 1000

div#nav-cat ul {margin: 0; padding: 0; width: 99%; background-color: #838367; z-index: -50;
div#nav-cat ul ul {position: absolute; top: 0; left: 100%; display: none; z-index: 150;}

I think that your issue is the -50 setting

I edited the stylesheet_categories_menu.css file , changed both the settings to 1000. But, didn't change . The images on New Products, Feature Products still block the Flyout menu..?

What version of Zen Cart are you using?

Are the modules versions that are compatible with your Zen Cart Version?

Flyout looks to be the latest per the dates of files.

However, though my hosting servic eupgraded me to 1.3.7.1 , my stylesheet is older because during upgrade the template was dis-figured, so they dropped back to the old style sheet.

The issue should not be in the style sheet but it's data is not inline with your version as it is stylesheet.css 1223 2005-04-22 ...

Makes me wonder what other version crossed-up files you might have??

So, the only possible solution might be to do a complete upgrade to 1.3.8?
I posted a request in help wanted section for assistance with an upgrade including a stylesheet upgrade. But, bo bites yet.
