Hi,

First - thanks for this add on. It's great.

I have one weird problem I was wondering if anyone can help with.

In my admin section it shows the following headings.

Catalog > BOX_REWARD_POINTS

Customers > BOX_GROUP_REWARD_POINTS_REDEEM

Customers > BOX_CUSTOMER_REWARD_POINTS

and the same with a few other options. Any idea's how I fix this. Everything appears OK on the store front.

Looks like you're missing the admin language files, make sure you've uploaded all those files in the mod :)

i was able to install and it works like it should - very nice... one problem though; in the admin / configuration menu i have two entries for the Reward Points one works, the other does not..... any thoughts?

Can anyone give a hand with un-installing the Rewards Module?
It is a GREAT mod but we have decided to go a different direction with discounts.

Is it possible to turn it off?

I would rather do that just in case we ever wanted to revert to using it. I tried removing all of the files that said "reward" and removing the three reward tables in myphp. The I tried restoring all of the order.php files in the admin and the includes classes folders but continued getting missing descriptions and checkout buttons so I reinstalled to get the functionality back.

I give to Customers some points when the spend money....Spend 100 USD - take 100 Points.

When customer use Points for pay for my goods - I have nothing. But Customer hase bonus.
It is nice too... advertising and hi need stay in my shop if need some free gifts.

But when hi place order for 100 USD and pay by Points - not money. Why I need give him 100 points ????? For what??? Hi have goods free - spend own Points and take gift...
But hi hase gift and take 100 points. It is too match....

Must be change - points change to goods... But I dont like give him 100 point when hi pay by points - not money

Can I change something for dont give points to Customer if it pay buy points - not real money?

Your English is better than my Czech.

The latest version of the mod lets you set whether customers receive points when redeeming points. It was something that a lot of people wanted in the mod.

Yes this is a great mod.

Has anyone yet figured out a way to use only partial points to pay instead of forcing the customer to redeem all of the points at one time?

if when I install, I first upload files and then execute the SQL patch

to uninstall I need execute the uninstall SQL patch and after that delete the files?

This is the way that I would uninstall the mod. Make sure you back up the files just in case.

Of course you could always just disable it from the Admin just in case you ever want to use it again. That is even better.

Let me know how it works out for you if you do uninstall it.

I played around in my "demo test cart" to see if I could disable this mod without uninstalling it. You can turn this mod off by doing the following:

Admin > Modules > Order Total Modules

Uninstall > Reward Points
Uninstall > Reward Points earned

That should do it.

I do it, but still show me the points in each product...

Yes I noticed this.

I was able to uninstall this mod in my demostore by running the uninstall script and then deleting all of the files. No problems at all.

I did have problems when I did not delete all of the files after running the sql uninstall script.

Yes- the uninstall is just the reverse of the install. Remove all the files including the ones in your custom folder and run the uninstall.sql patch.

I'll add a config to the next version that will allow a site-wide switch off of the mod without uninstalling. This should make it a lot easier for people to try the mod out and postpone it if it does not meet expectations.

ok, something is wrong... very wrong...
when I execute the uninstall sql patch, I obtain this message:

1146 Table 'scrappin_zc1.configuration' doesn't exist
in:

If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

I delete the files... and now, my front door is not ok... my product description and my right column is not there anymore when I click in a product for details, look:

I'd guess you haven't deleted the file from admin/includes/javascript

I don't have files related with the mod
