Missing a "?" in all link in all Email, need help!

Hi,
As you know there is a link in the order confirmation Email like this:
Detailed Invoice:
http://youdomain.com/index.php?main_page=account_history_info&order_id=57

But, I found in my Email, in the middle of the link is missing a "?" :
There should be a ? behind the index.php
http://youdomain.com/index.phpmain_page=account_history_info&order_id=57

So, the link is not working now.
Any one know where I can fix this problem?:wacko:

What is your Zen Cart Vesion
What is a link to your site?

I am testing on the local computer.
The whole website is working, everything is working fine.
Just find the link in the Email is not correct. missing the "?" in the link.
It's not a big problem, but if I can fix it should be better.
Maybe I modified some files I cannt remember.

I am using zen-cart 138a

I am pretty sure the error is in the database(SQL file).
I did modified the database(SQL file) before, but I forget which part I changed.

After placing an order and received confirm Email, this email had a small problem. The link in the Email Missing "?" after index.php, just like this:
...../mall/index.phpmain_page=account_history_info&order_id=1

I backup the old database and install a new 138a zencart. The Email from new install zencart is correct.
...../mall/index.php?main_page=account_history_info&order_id=1

and then, I restore the backup databse to the new install zencart, the email shows error link. (missing "?" after index.php)
...../mall/index.phpmain_page=account_history_info&order_id=1

Any one knows which line in the database is control this link?

What do you have in Admin->Configuration->Email Options for the "Convert currencies for Text emails" setting?

The default value is:```
£,£:€,€

If you have question marks in there, you'll get odd results.
