How to add Manual Category...?

Hello,

I need some help again.. I want to add a category to my cart, but instead of just a regular category, i want to send it to a HTML page. This is going to be none selling items, but i want it as a category. It will be more sample pages.

Is it possible to add 1 category and link it to html page?

Thanks
