This one should be pretty easy

This is probably a dumb question but, which part of what file ( or through the admin) do I change what it displays on the very top of the website? Right now my site displays "Zen Cart, The art of ecommerse". If I remember right (its been awhile since ive done html) but I think it would be in the title tag. Follow these little steps below:

1. Click on the link below, notice the tutorial/faqs on the top right hand side
2. http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/
3. Notice the blue header bar, click Index
4. Click H
5. Click Header Image
6. This is a killer learning encyclopedia the FAQs section for the basic of Zen
7. Have you set up for the override system yet.
8. Post back if need help

But the Header image is not what I was refering to. I think it is called the title bar in the window. It is at the very top and will usually display the IE icon and then have a title that will say something depending on what site or program you have open. above the interenet explorer menus and buttons , I am asking for the very very very top.
