Send copy of order confirmation

Hello,
I've upgraded my site from 1.3.7 to 1.3.8
I found a little problem. From Admin I have activated the option "Send copy of order confirmation to mail".
But it doesnot works with orders processed via Paypal IPN.

Any help.
Thanks.
