How to change store owner's emaill address?

How to change store owner's emaill address?
In the admin/configuration, i can change the name of the owner, the name of the store, I just can not change the email address.
Could you please help?

There are some options under admin-configuration-e-mail options did you try those? and then under tools-admin settings good luck!
