USPS problem - "unable to find a USPS shipping quote..."

USPS problem - "unable to find a USPS shipping quote..."

Our store is giving the following message on Step 1 of 3: Delivery Information when checking out:

We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact us for assistance.
(Please check that your Zip Code is entered correctly.)

We are running Version 1.3.8a

The zip code for the order is our own office in Kansas City, so it should'nt be somethin that is unsuitable for USPS shipping.

Do you have a USPS account?
Have you requested that your account be moved to their production servers?

Yes. We have a USPS account and it is on the production server.

Have you changed your URL at all? Or is the traffic coming in from another host name? Failing that, I'd try uninstalling and reinstalling the USPS mod and double checking the acct#.
