"Liquid/Adjustable" Template

I currently use the latest version of Mozilla Firefox for editing, etc. When I view my webpage through Mozilla, everything is fine, the template fits, nothing is out of place. But when I happen to view my site in a different browser, such as Internet Explorer per say, My template doesn't seem to fit with the browser. I've only recongnized this problem within Internet Explorer, I haven't tried Netscape and so forth. So how do I make my template "adjust" to different browsers? My website is http://www.HalosFavors.com
