HELP - Table and Database names forgotton

Opps. I overwrote my admin>includes>configure.php and my includes>configure.php files in my testing system AND I deleted the dist-configure.php file and dont remember from what folders etc.

Now I cant get into my admin or store in test environment. How can I recreate the configure files?, the dist-configure and replace the
defines:

within so it will work? I know the localhost stuff and the directories of the admin and store for the http and https entries, cache etc. It seems as just the defines are wrong.

Need to go into the file manager in your control panel and edit the files there.

Your control panel (cpanel) should also tell you the database user and location. You may need to change the password if you don't remember that.
